Custom pieces are non-refundable. Non-custom items may be refunded within 10 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee, or exchanged/returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection and verification of authenticity and condition. Sales are final after 30 business days from the date of purchase.
