General Questions
What payment options are there?
We take all major credit cards as well as debit, ACH, wire transfers and cash.
A 3.5% transaction processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. No additional fee will be applied to payments made via ACH/bank transfer or cash. Checks are not accepted unless approved by management.
By signing the invoice and/or submitting ACH payment information, the client acknowledges that they personally entered and authorized the bank account details provided and expressly authorize Art Leaders Gallery to process the ACH transaction for the approved amount.
Do you buy artwork?
Although our primary function is selling artwork, there are exceptions if the right works become available (popular artists we stock, for example). With more frequent auctions, we also have the ability of adding your piece(s) to our next auction! Please click on our submissions tab to let us know what you have to sell.
Do you sell gift items?
Yes, we have artwork and accessories that are perfect wedding gifts, housewarming gifts, and special occasion gifts. We are happy to gift wrap smaller, boxed items.
Do you sell large-scale Artwork?
Yes, we do! Our gallery is 10,000 square feet and holds several pieces of all different scales. Whether you are looking for the perfect piece for the powder room or a monumental painting for your living room, you are sure to find the right piece at Art Leaders Gallery!
Do you sell Original Artwork?
Though we offer a nice selection of Limited Edition prints, the majority of the works exhibited at Art Leaders Gallery are original paintings by accomplished artists.
Do you sell sculptures?
Yes, we have large sculptures, outdoor sculptures, wall sculptures, and several glass sculptures.
Does your gallery represent famous artists?
Art Leaders Gallery has a stable of approximately fifty artists, including household names like Salvador Dali and Dr. Seuss.
Where are you located?
We are located on the corner of Northwestern Highway, and Orchard Lake Road, in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Our address is 33086 Northwestern Hwy. West Bloomfield, MI 48322.
Do you install Artwork?
Yes, we install artwork that is purchased or framed in our gallery. We will also refer you to a great installer if we cannot perform your installation request.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Artwork returns may be considered upon approval within seven (7) days of receipt for gallery credit only and must be returned in original good condition.
Custom framing orders are final sale. Should a cancellation request be made after the order has entered production, any approved gallery credit will be issued less the cost of materials ordered and/or labor already performed.
Do you come to people’s homes?

Can I order a commissioned artwork?
In the event our vast archive of paintings do not fit what you have in mind for your space, we frequently work with our artists to create custom commissioned artworks for collectors all around the world.
Custom Framing Questions
What is your custom framing policy?
Custom framing orders are final sale. Should a cancellation request be made after the order has entered production, any approved gallery credit will be issued less the cost of materials ordered and/or labor already performed.
Completed orders must be picked up within thirty (30) days of email and/or phone notification. Purchased artwork or completed orders left unclaimed for more than ninety (90) days without prior written authorization will be considered abandoned and may be disassembled, resold, or otherwise disposed of at the gallery’s discretion. No refund or gallery credit will be issued for abandoned property.
How much does it cost to frame?
The cost of framing anything has many variables that affect the price. In order to get an accurate quote, we suggest that you bring the artwork into the gallery for a free consultation. One of our custom framers will help you choose the best design for you and your art with your budget in mind.
How long does it take to frame?
In normal situations, a frame order takes between 7 to 10 business days. However, more labor-intensive projects, such as shadow boxes, may take up to three weeks.
Do you frame museum-quality artwork?
Yes! Our framers have extensive knowledge in proper handling and care of delicate and and high-value art. All of the materials used in our custom framing department are certified conservation and museum quality, ensuring your art is protected and preserved to be enjoyed for generations beyond our own.
Do you Frame Ketubah’s?
Yes, Ketubahs are one of our favorite things to frame! We typically prepare the piece and wrap it in acetate (a protective film) with openings that allow the ketubah to be signed and stay protected before you are ready to place it in a frame.
Do you frame jerseys or sports memorabilia?
Yes! Our fully in-house custom framing department can frame nearly all your sports memorabilia. From hockey sticks and bats to sports jerseys and baseball caps, Art Leaders Gallery has you covered. Click *here* for examples of our past projects.
Do you frame large artworks that arrive rolled?
Of course! We have the capability to stretch and frame large canvases up to 10ft (120in). However, the maximum size for any piece that requires glass/acrylic is 48” x 96”.
If I bring in a large piece to be framed, will you be able to deliver it to my home?
If you live in the area, we can deliver and install your artwork for a fee. The cost of this service is dependent upon the size of the artwork and difficulty of the installation.
Shipping
Do you ship artwork internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally through both FedEx International and UPS International.
How much to ship out of state and internationally?
Packing and shipping costs will all be determined by USPS, FedEx, and FedEx International. After determining the cost, we will ship to you in the most economically friendly way that these companies will allow.

Do you ship glass?
We do ship glass in the United States and Internationally. However, depending on the type and the size of glass, we may not be able to send it internationally. Please contact us for shipping quotes on glass artwork.
Will you ship my artwork to my new home or to my second home?
We will not ship personal artworks due to liability.
