Design Deposit

$150 (Nonrefundable)

To begin the custom process, we require a design deposit. This covers the imagining phase—time spent sketching, sourcing materials, and refining your ideas into a real plan. It ensures we can give your project the attention it deserves. If you decide to move forward with the build, this deposit is credited toward your final total.

Discovery & Concepting

We'll talk about your vision, style preferences, dimensions, and functionality. You'll receive initial sketches or concepts that explore different design directions.

3.

Design Refinement

We’ll work together to tweak and finalize your custom piece. This includes 2–3 rounds of edits to ensure the design is exactly right. Once approved, we’ll give you a final quote and timeline.

4.

Materials & Build

After approval, your project enters our production schedule. We’ll source materials and begin the build. Since every tree is different, it could take time to find the perfect piece for your vision. You’ll get periodic updates and sneak peeks as your piece comes to life.

5.

Final Payment

When your piece is finished and ready for delivery, we’ll send photos and request final payment. Once payment is received in full, we’ll schedule delivery or pickup.

6.

Delivery & Pickup

When it’s ready, we’ll coordinate local delivery or schedule a pickup. Nationwide shipping is available on select pieces—just ask!
