The project embodies an artistic allegory of the catastrophic impact of wars on society and the environment. Once more, resources are diverted not towards creation, but towards the instruments of destruction. The resurgence of traditional notions of strength and masculinity looms large.
As primary hues, I've chosen a blood-red and venomous green. They supplant other natural colors, serving as a metaphor for spreading and filling all available space with blood and poison, infiltrating the depths of the earth, water, atmosphere, and human souls.
Nevertheless, I strive to make the art pieces harmonious and aesthetically pleasing. It's essential that viewers aren't overwhelmed to the point of turning away, flipping past, overlooking, or forgetting. Trying not to inundate their already imperfect lives with the suffering of others.
What can one human being do against global war?
One person cannot halt the global war, but people can quell the war within themselves. Cease judgment, condemnation, and hatred; refrain from justifying violence with good intentions. May the world be imbued with the diverse colors of life.
